"ANAGAMA IN THE WOOD"   25 - 27 July
This is a non profit making International event for all wood-firing potters.   Eminent potters in the U.K. and some mystery guests from abroad (Japan, USA & Europe) will be demonstrating their skills, talking about their passion and selling their pots.
It is not only designed for potters, but also for art collectors, galleries, museums and art students who hope to be professional in the near future.  The event will be providing ideal opportunities for all enthusiasts to exchange their knowledge and experiences.
The venue (17acres ex-Christmas tree farm) is ideal for camping.  It will be an enjoyable weekend for all visitors.

"ANAGAMA WOOD-FIRING"   20 - 27 July
Svend Bayer, Gas Kimishima and Jane Wheeler will be firing their pots for 8 days in Gas's Anagama 'Moby' (Japnese mediaeval kiln) in the wood.  The kiln opening is expected to be on Friday 1 August.

2 Japanese wood-fired kilns will be fired at the event. We have newly restored barns for exhibitions and a cafe. Hired marquees are provided for potter's demos and stalls. Campsite, car parking, toilets and showers are also situated on the property.


Advance booking is required to secure your seat for this unique event:
  Your FEE will be contributed to publish event catalogues.
£30 (catalogue, parking & camping included - £20 for student)
A day visit: £10 (parking included but no catalogue & camping)
